but when you go around promoting him as if you are the head of Lau Bun’s family, when there is already the true line of his lineage in place already, you can’t tell people you represent the American Hung Sing Kwoon, which is the direct line passed down from sifu to student.
The Hung Sing Kwoon was never passed down to DFW. He was told he could open his own school, but was not allowed to use the Hung Sing name. Sigung Jew was the next successor. Then it was passed on to my sifu.
so DFW can teach all the CLF lau bun had, but when he makes claims that he learned it directly from lau Bun when he knows he learned it from Sigung Jew or any of his other Si-hings then why should i let him spread rumors like that without speaking out? or that he is “the” representative of this branch when he is not, we won’t allow him to say so because he’s not.
i don’t think i’m disrespecting him in this way, the truth is the truth.
Do you mind showing us how he is claiming to be the head of Lau Bun lineage? Especially include stuff about his claims as representative of American Hung Sing School branch.
Essentailly if you are a student you represent your sifu…you just don’t speak for him or the organization as a whole unless you are appointed.
He might just be refering to be one of the last students of Lau Bun that teaches and you are just being a tad touchie??? Even if the story was true that he tried to restore Lau Bun’s name in Fut Shan but your sifu or sigung already did it that is fine. He is Lau Bun’s student and can do that even if he is not the head. I mean Lau Bun can be special to him even if he is not special to Lau Bun (given the number of senior students before him).
Remember he is still your “sifu” 's senior…even your sifu has to call him “sisuk”…if anybody is in position to discipline him it should be your sigung “Jew Leung” and if your sigung just want to let it go…then respect that and let it go.

being in san francisco and involved with the chinese community, police and such i would have heard something, read something because as much as DFW promotes himself, i also know his classmates, the ones he would tell if something like that really happened. sf isn’t all that big that i wouldn’t hear something.
but we’ll let him tell the stories.

Well I must admit I have read about Doc Fai Wong for a long time now. Some of his stuff is interesting to me and other stuff a tad…dramatic? But doesn’t mean it isn’t true.
You on the other hand…I am not interested in your stories has much as the fact I am interested in hearing your responses to Doc Fai Wong and other’s answers to your claims.
I enjoy the drama and gossip I must admit. Since you have failed to support your claims we have no choice but to believe Doc Fai Wong’s stories. At least he responded to your claims on his own website. You know … being a man and putting himself out there.
So you can do whatever you want but just don’t expect people to believe what you have to say and since you said “just want to be heard” you have failed. Assuming you actually want people to believe what you have to say…and if you don’t then you are just wasting forum space.

DFW----HAD his chance to confront me, but never followed thru with it.
I am not trying to tear the man down, i am just telling the world that he isn’t always telling the truth or his people aren’t always telling the truth about him.
however, you i don’t know, and obviously don’t care about. you can disbelieve me all you want. all that matters is that I and DFW as well as those around him know the real truth. and i am here to say that HIS truth is not our truth.
