Excellent success proving Wing Chun…

That’s a false generalization. Arguably it shows what can be achieved with good teaching/coaching from genuine fighters, training like a fighter (including cross-training and working with high level fighters), and solid fight experience. But since 99.9 % of WCK people don’t have any of that, Aaron’s success only proves that how most people “train” WCK is essentially worthless.

Maybe you can help me prove how effective Wing Chun is. Maybe we can meet at the park? Let me know?

I think WC is equally effective as MMA. You think its not. I think my WC is as effective as your fighting skills. The only way I can truly respect your opinion is by a demostration. You are more welcome to give me a demostration if you like how effective your fight experience is???

Please let me know. You got my number call me?

You know where I be at to train so let me know?

Are you putting yourself up as a representative of ALL WC ?
Are you putting yourself up as a representative of ALL WC ?
No just my WC…All WC is not created equal…lol…ha ha I know nothing of Moy Yat and Leung Ting WC. So I couldn’t very well be speaking for all WC. I never touched hands With William Cheung or Robert Chu. But I am simply tired of people who talk about fighting on the net all the time…An don’t fight. I got more respect for TKD guys because they actually do some fighting for real every week!

The Key is fighting with your art. The more you really fight with it the more you understand.

Personally I would love for you and Terrence to beat the crap out of each other :D, problem is, it wouldn’t “prove” one thing or another, other than A beat up B.

Congratulations!

If you want to prove what you can do, then I suggest that you go visit some good MMA schools.

Stop trying to"blackmail" me into meeting with you. As I have repeatedly told you, I have absolutely no interest in meeting with you or any of your group. I know your group. I’ve met Eddie Ma – he was worthless. I’ve met McField – worthless. I’ve seen most of the others of your group (Burnside included). That whole group has serious mental health issues. Your posts only confirm in my mind that you fit well into that group.

I don’t care what you “think” (and I use that term loosely). If in your fantasy you believe your WCK can handle solid MMA fighters, then go visit Ron SMith’s or Vaghi’s (if you do, you’ll probably run into me anyway). You fantasy guys can believe or “think” whatever you like. What you don’t “get” is that it has absolutely nothing to do with believing or thinking – instead of “thinking” try DOING IT. Tell us your WCK is effective because you have been to Smith’s or Vaghi’s, have mixed it up, and was able to hold your own. But you and I (and I’m guessing most people on this forum) know that will never happen.

Some time ago I sent you a PM saying that since you had indicated that wanted to see what we do, that I had good news for you: two of the guys in our group told me that they’d be kind enough to meet with you at their local YMCA (where they train together) and show you, spar with you, etc. How did you respond? You told me that you wouldn’t meet with them since you didn’t want to pay the $10 visitors fee! After that I told you to f#ck off. Do I need to tell you that again?

What happen to free of charge meeting…ha ha…

anyway you got my number please stop talking trash about people fighting when you don’t fight…

thats all I am saying…

Sorry to have ****ed you off. Buddy but one day I may have to try your muay thai school. what nights are you there?

I’m sorry that you don’t work, that you never finished school, that you have serious mental health issues, that you hang around with a bunch of fantasy fu nutters, etc. That’s all I’m saying.

The truth isn’t an insult.
The truth isn’t an insult.
Your right buddy…So hows your day? Hows your training coming?

I only watched the first round , but haven’t seen any WC other then basic punches (which are general technique for most stand up styles)

There is a difference between training in a Style and USING A STYLE… that proved absolutely nothing …

Its like training in style only when sparing time comes around you go back into your shell and use absolutely nothing you’ve learned …

Other then that it was a good fights …

Well done Aaron, I am very proud of you and the guys.

The above comments show the really problem with the way wing chun people think and train.

Wing Chun is a boxing art. The chi sao and forms are the way you learn timing, angles, pressure control and so on. When you fight you punch and kick.

You don’t see boxers looking for the speed ball in the ring. Its just training. In the ring you fight.

The skill is when too punch and kick. Not if you can see a ‘training pak sao’

This is the point T is trying to get across, but it seems nobody listens.

Also if you have time to post then maybe it would be a good idea to watch the whole fight, otherwise any point of view is limited.

This is a clip of another one of my guys fighting on the same event.

We had 6 fights and 6 wins.

Aaron’s fight is a excellent display of Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun and what can be done when you have structural control and real power from your stance.

My best

Alan

I watched the vids this morning.

Saw good tracing, centerline control, and domination of the opponents COG.

If this ain’t WC then what is.

Congrats.

Nice win, good work.

Then you only understand wing chun on a superficial level.
