Yesterday was our school grand opening/new year’s demo.
4 hours of demo - went really well but I haven’t bruised like this in months. The one on my hand was from an arnis drill.
and both forearms. they ache today…
a minority of me wants to feel pity, but the majority of me wants to say, “nicely done!”
One word. “Hardcore” Great job.
I like arnica gel better than jow.
Wear long sleeves if you go in public 
Did they hurt when you got them? I find that if I get a bruise it’s ok, but if I get hit in that same spot again it kills.
Just don’t try to explain by saying, “I fell.” Or, "I walked into a door.’

Iron, we did four presentations, and by the fourth one it was getting hard to “eat the bitter”.

Nice one MY. I like those fresh red bruises. I get them like that from a few things we do, but I’ve never had that many at one time.
I wish I could’ve been there to see it.

my arms were from xiao xi shou, chuji chuen, quishou and some 2 man tan tui, and arnis with sifu. flippin sweet indeed, I got like three feet of air.
Justin & Brandon tore up the lion dance (all four times). It was a good day and an even better party afterwards.

I don’t really either, but congrats on yours! And yeah, I’d go with arnica over any jow I’ve tried yet.

Bothered schmothered, there is a bunch of them in my iTunes shopping cart at this very moment. now all I need is money.

I think the bruises were in place before you got to me, but you get credit for some of the pain!
Ming–Not working. I’m not working and the trip would’ve put a strain on my wallet.
