This is a picture of Shaolin Kung fu named Jason Delucia in action agaisnt Brazilian Jiujitsu. The shaolin guy is wearing the red sash.
And by the way, the kung fu guy does not suck. Although he lost badly to Royce Gracie he has won many other fights in NHB. I think he is the only kung fu guy who actually has some wins under his belt. I’ll try to find some pictures of Jason winning.
Brazilian jiujitsu is superior.

I think there was a Mantis Kung Fu guy, Joel Sutton, that had 2-2 in the UFC.
But I don’t know much about UFC matches..can someone corroborate this?

joel sutton is my kung fu brother and good freind he won his division in UFC 6 in buffalo NY which can be rented at blockbuster and fought and won an alternate bout in #7 but they edited it out but I have the master tape if you have any questions and yes he studied 8 step praying mantis

Yeah, his UFC 6 figth was pretty bloody. They were in a clinch against the fence when Joel blasted the guy with a quick little headbutt that opened him up. Then the fight went to the ground (With Joel on bottom defending), but the guy on top looked like he was purposely using the trickling flow of blood to blind Joel. It was almost disgusting, but Big John stopped them, and the fight was stopped due to the cut on the other guys head.
It wasn’t the best example of a skilled fight, but hey, fighting ain’t always pretty

to make matters worse or better depending on how you look at it, after the head butt joel dug his thumbs in the cut and ripped it opened even more thats why it bled so much, in the locker room joel had dried blood dripped down his arm to his elbows. It was classified as the bloodiest UFC match in history by the board of directors and thats when a lot more rules were set in place for the saftey of the contestents.
Ouch, dude imagine if Royce was in that position on the concrete. His face would be all gashed and crap. Or if the dude in black tried pushing royces’ legs towards the cage, looks like his neck would snap lol. Armbar or not, that’s a nasty position for both.
