well, King uses a triple construct to describe the forces.
there is the other, the turtle and bob gray.
like a triskellin.
the other is god with good and evil being less than that.
kind of in line with a few metaphysical concepts outside of the standard dross of duality.

there are some functionalities in the exercises
also throwing pebbles, and what not
timing, precision, balancing–
the only thing is that if you lost the timing, and you hold the wrong end of the daggers, you hurt yourself first, before you even you hurt anyone else.
