It depends on what you mean by destructive. off the top of my head…
Sau Choi- It’s like hitting someone with a baseball bat. It’s the upper body version of the muay thai round kick
Cup Choi or lam choi
Pow choi
Chop Choi- to the throat- it doesn’t have allot of raw power but it attacks some vunerable areas with a peirceing strike.
Ding-elbows and knees

when i mean destructive i mean something that will cause the MOST damage, most brutal…knock outs, maiming, and so forth.
