Kung Fu Weapon Rack

have done these for special orders in the past. After receiving a number of inquiry we put together a few different models.

This is the Student “Top Loading” Model.

  • 11 openings that can hold staffs/spears

  • 3 special - able to hold Blades & Ball/Ring Pomel Lances (Kwandao/Pu Dao)

  • 1 extra special - able to hold Butterfly Knives/Nan Dao/Hook Swords, etc.

(customization is available as well for a nominal cost)

The Design is Strong and Stable - option of a “Full Free Standing Base” or a “1/2 Wall Supporting Base” (Free Wall Mounting Kit Available)

Cost: $99.95 (plus S&H).

Nice rack man! Sorry, I just had to say it.

Seriously though it looks like a fine bit of craftsmanship so I hope you sell a bunch of them.

LOL, didn’t think of that.

I actually enjoy creating things probably more then making $$ off of it (doesn’t make the wife happy LOL)

Just have had alot of requests lately. What I’ve seen are expensive and not very well made. Also I don’t mind customizing each item to fit the user’s needs. This is no exception.

thanks again.

no, just lion dance pants and the fury shoes.

Hey I got one of those in my garage.
and its functional if thats all you need.

3 things I don’t like about it is:

  1. man its too cluttered - so a visual mess.

  2. its a top loader - so if you 've got low ceilings - kind of difficult to get your kwandao or long poles/spears out.

  3. Also the spike of a kwandao or any large lance will not fit into the openings.

Master Killer since I believe you have one, post a pic so we can see what looks like with actual weapons in it.

I’ll take a pic. Mine looks like this:

Loads from the front so it’s easy to get things out of. I also have a traditional weapons rack, but honestly the legs take up too much space.

Not to take away from Eric’s handy work but that second one you posted appears to be a really good off the shelf solution for a weapon rack MK. The traditional ones that I’ve seen, even from reputable websites are just pieces of junk, so this would seem to be a sturdy alternative for those who can’t make their own or don’t know where to buy a custom piece.

theres no skill needed in making a “kung fu rack”. its just a rack.

ah now thats a better version. How much and where?

I don’t have any issue of referring individuals to these items. Like I’ve always said the things I do is just a side hobby and not my primary source of income.

If I can provide a service, then great.

Ballwang - whatever. Skill is something you don’t have. Oh I take that back, you have the skill of annoying others. very marketable. I await your mind blowing response. LOL:p

im happy you changed your name “oriental signboards” and moved on to 1999.

have no idea what the last thing your wrote means:

so back to Weapon Racks sold by the Oriental Signboards Workshop:

Below is the Sifu “Combo” Rack which allows individuals with low ceiling heights or weapons like the Kwandao/Monk Spade to be stored by means of a front Loading Design.

  • 11 Place (3 Combo Openings, 4 Front Loading Slots, 4 Standard Openings) $139.95

@ Eric - in case you didn’t know, and I don’t think you do, the term “oriental” used in context to Asian peoples, things or activities is considered somewhat derogatory in this day and age. It is akin to calling a Chinese person a “chinaman” or some such other term.

It fell out of use long ago really and hence the remarks about it and the request if you had negro basket ball jerseys which aligns with how you use the term Oriental.

Seeing as you don’t get what he is saying.
