its been a while since i posted in a forum back then i was Fu-Jow
it feels strangle to give up that handle but time changes people and so i grow free of that and now Single Tiger is back to find other free minded folks to talk to about training. So let me reintroduce myself.
I study Fu-Jow Pai under Sifu Tak Wak Eng for over 8 years now and with his guidance i got to train with some of the best like master Shi Guolin of the Shoalin Temple in queens and Sifu Paul Eng of the seven star mantis system in calfi, a long with others both known and unknown.

I turned mine off because of @sses like you and others who post entire songs in their sigs.
