Lo sifu is the student of my sibaksuk. I met him quite a few years ago in Ontario and have been visited by some of his students.
He’s showing Kao Sao and what looks to be a variation of Chang Jeung. I am not a big fan of ‘traditional’ demos where the sifu doesn’t show the posture (horse, elbows, etc.) and uses an out-of-range extended arm instead of a real attack, but I understand why that is, but it’s interesting.
