Groin Inuries

Hi, this is my first post, and I’ve come looking for some help.

I was wondering if anyone here has suffered any kind of groin injuries from doing things like kicks. Several times when I seem to have injured my groin from doing kicks and other such activities.

I was wondering if anyone here has either had similar problems, and if so, any ways to stop this from happening in the future.

u warm up properly, right? i use to get all sorts of pulls when i first started. providing u warm up properly and stretch u should be alright. let it heal completely before u do anymore.

a nice stretch is to go down on ur knees, spread them apart, lean forward and sit into the stretch. dunno what its called but i like it.

something like frog stretch
