Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of this problem I’ve been having…whenever I’m stretching and transitioning between splits, I have a sharp pain in my hip area (or maybe my groin…its kinda hard to pinpoint). Worse, it also hurts when I do kicks as well (mostly just roundhouses and crescent kicks). Well I’ve been having this problem for about a month and its kinda hard to get rid of. Anyone have this problem, and if so how’d you take care of it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
