Hey guys I’ve heard a lot of good things about “A Shaolin Monastery’s Compendium of Pugilism” by Shi Yongxin, a lot of it in different threads on this very forum.

I’d be very interested to know:

    The “Shaolin Monastery’s Compendium Of Pugilism” includes first and second routine of Rou Quan; Xiaohong Quan, Dahong Quan, Meihua Quan, Changhu Xinyimen, Datongbi Quan and Luohan Quan,- how many more i don’t know.

    I got a couple of these while I was at Shaolin. If you don’t have proper instruction they are hard to follow. There is not much explanation for the transitions between the movements. It shows you the postures but not how to move in between each one.
