Other than the fictionalized accounts that JKD disciples give, I know next to nothing about Sifu Wong Jack Man. Does anybody here have any information about him?
Wasn’t Wong Jack Man the guy who fought Bruce Lee?
apparently he is a pretty good taichi teacher as well.
Just to get someone going, I buy WJM’s story before Lee’s… 
Yuppers… My sifu used to be a student with him back in the day.. I believe when he was doing BaGua. Apparently, my sifu was one of the peeps considered to fight him but Wong Jackman was eventually chosen. The rest is history…
Well, all I gotta say is once I found out Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story was a pile of lies, I quit believing anything coming from the Lee family.
Me too… I serously believe Wong Jack Man schooled him. Wong Jack Man is still teaching in the west coast but keeps a low profile.
No offense to JKD people but dabbling(lazy in some peoples views) in wing chun for like 2 or 3 years + 10 (or more for wjm) in supposed “hard core” training = Wong Jack Man teaching Bruce a lesson.
Do the math.
It’s been known that Linda Lee has stretched the truth form time to time.
Wong Jack Man is alive, well and still teaching!
ask Northernshaolin or Gene Ching who Wong Jack Man is.
He is not a myth, he is a master of Bak Sil Lum.

yes there are a few wong jack man students still teaching buk sil lum.
At the headquarters school of wong Jackman, i personally know the person who has taken over teaching there.
