I just moved here and I’m interested in finding a good san da or muay thai school… i’m not too interested in southern wing chun or jow ga stuff… please don’t even mention krav maga or shaolin-do.
bmorebanga will be able to help you out. hes in dc and does san shou i believe.
ShaolinTiger00 was working on an official DC sanshou team; not sure what became of it now that he’s out of the area.
Otherwise, depending on what part of the town you’re in, you’re probably going to want to try one of the virginia or maryland Muay Thai schools.

Aside from that, there are 3 main boxing gyms in DC.
You can maybe get some san shou essentials at the wongs in DC, but that’s really not their focus.
