Terrible Cramp

What is the whole story on cramps? I drink plenty of water and have a good stretching regime. Yesterday I got a horrible one while rolling. It was my calf and it hurt mucho. Is it related to me cutting weight recently? It is also just starting to get really cold around here, but I was inside a heated dojo.

I’ve had cramps when I stack workouts too close together.

Like if I go for a run in the morning, I’ve had cramps at kung fu class that night.

Could be dehydration in my case.

What color is your urine?

Generally clear, I drink close to a gallon or more h20 per day.
