With so much talk about BJJ and grappling I completely forgot about the techniques from different places that have been gathered at “BJJ.org”.

Great Stuff:
I compiled a mini-manual for personal use by taking the techniques from bjj.org, royharris.com, and jiu-jitsu.net.
that’s cool… I remember when I first started I did the same thing with many of those BJJ.org has now compiled but I never really used it once I actually started learning and rolling in class. The Fighters Notebook or another (BJJ) book would be ideal for reference purposes.
We go to the ground probably more than your average Kung Fu school. I’ve used a few of the techniques from those sites successfully. However, I’m sure a straight grappler would eat my lunch on the ground.
Buy the fighters notebook, its worth it
