does anyone know any good sites to find descriptions of jiu jitsu or general grappling techniques, i’ve found a few sites but none with any pics.
Im mainly interested in all the locks and chokes etc but i’d also like to find some good escapes and stuff.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
