so how different is lau bun’s sup ji kao da compared to the regular fut san hing sing gwoon sup ji kao da?
i think the fut san one may be a newer form.
at the same time, ping kuen was absorbed into this form.
Lau Bun felt ping kuen and kau da had alot of the same stuff so he just blended it into this one.
but aside from the hoi jong…the pattern of the form may be different, but the technqiques are in there.
