JUST KIDDING, BUT I LIKE YOUR LINEAGES GUNG FU YOU HAVE A LOT OF THE SAME THINGS WE HAVE IN OUR FORMS TECHNIQUE WISE. ONLY THING I SEE THAT DIFFERS IS EMPHASIS.

Fu-Pow:
Nice to the see shueng do. You play it a bit different than we do, yours has a bit of a hung flavor than what I am used to. A few moves looked a little different but generally the same.
Personally this is not one of my favorite sets but it is okay for a double broadsword form. I prefer wu dip do.
As promised…Mak Hin Fai Sifu…Won Hop Kuen…“Mixed Up Fist”
For a second I thought it was going to be Shek Kin’s Won Hop Kuen. That is a CLF won hop.
wow
that was awesome. ive heard such good things about him,( Mak Hin Fai Sifu) and i can see why. id love to meet him some day. thanks for posting his form.

I’ll put up some more apps later - tomorrow.
Hope you enjoy it!
I’ll also post up some of the history of this unique form. It’s very a-typical of our other Lama Forms.
Sweet:) Looking forward to seeing more. Really is a nice style Lama Pai:)
Lau family Hung Gar http://www.laufamilyhunggar.com/es_films_video2.htm
That was some really nice stuff. I hope they lay off those neck crank throws in the sparring though - looked like the guy was going to snap his neck on that one.
Sifu scares me sometimes.
He looks insane when he goes all out in his forms. . . . . . . . eek. . . . . .
Thats the point sidi

siu mui fa
http://www.youtube.com/?v=xcJNM4QBr1o
i was at the dog park yesterday, and my friend had a digital camera that can do video, so he filmed me doing part of our siu mui fa. ive never put myself out there like this, im still kind of a beginner, but i had fun doing it.
Good attitude
Is the LKH siumoifah form?
yep,part of it
hey fu jow,
Nice form. especially since you said you are a beginner.
I thought i recognized that park, those houses are from the show Full House. that park is not far from the park i teach choy lee fut at. if you don’t know me my name is frank and i am a student of dino salvatera of the Hung Sing school in sf’s sunset district.
If i may offer a suggestion…and this is only my observation, …loosen up a little more. you are already a big strong cat, there’s no need in choy lee fut to use so much physical power. you are already strong, speed is more important now.
but other than that, you performed that well for only being a clf guy for 2 years.
are you sure you’ve only been doing this for 2 years?
hsk
hey, nice to meet you frank. im kenny. im trying to keep it all together, but when i use alot of power in a form, i run out of steam before its half done, and if i try doing it fast then my stances fall apart. i think youre right, i should stop thinking and just relax.yah, itll be 2 years in april.and thanks for the advice. also the compliment. which park do you teach at anyway?
Hey kenny,
I teach at Mission Delores park on Wed, Fri, and Sun starting at 9 am to about 11:30 am. right near the playground area with the swings and sand and stuff, yeah. ummm.
but hey, anytime you wish to hang out with us you are welcome. anytime.
i will pm you with my phone number so if you like give me a holla.
