Sleep ... do you need less?

I’ve been doing standing meditation for a couple of months and have just recently begun “feeling” … stuff:).

One of the things I’ve noticed is that I’m not sleeping as much. I’m not tired, I’m just waking up much earlier than I used to. I’m not sure if it’s daylight savings related or from meditation.

What do you experience in terms of sleep and meditaion?

don’t really know… i’ve always risen early. But i know that i can function on less sleep than a lot of other people.
Usually i get around 5/6 hours, but when i’m training a lot i like to try and get 7/8 hours :slight_smile:

Always felt that meditation is a form of relaxation.
