I’m not sure if any of you remember, but last summer in July, there was a Full Contact Tournament that my instructor was promoting and coordinating. What the heck is finger whipping!?
As I’ve always understood it, ‘finger whipping’ involves hitting your opponent in the face with the back of a totally relaxed hand. The fingers then whip out, hitting the eyes. Imagine a backfist but with a relaxed hand.

My boyfriend fought last year in the super heavy weight class. He’s also fighting again this year. It is very cool, even if you can’t participate, everyone should come watch!!!
