I don’t know or never heard of these guys but this is the way I would have loved to learn and play Northern longfist:

Tan Tui

tai zu longfist by Lai (tai zu Changquan)

You mean traditional wushu, that of Han Qing Tang?

i watched bits and pieces of the first video. it looked pretty good from mainland china.

No, this is our Long Fist association in Taiwan.

On the first video it is written, “Traditional Northern shaolin longfist in Taiwan”.

It also says the head of the association in the clip is Jian Chang Gen.

In one sense it is from the mainland if Han Qing Tang was born and learned on the mainland which I believe he did.

It’s a good indication of what was practiced on the mainland prior to 1949 or so.
