Mostly basic stuff.
BJ on some basic No gi stuff. One point how he does the RNC, not with his palm being the guys head like allot of people do. I have recently been finding this to work much much better.

Its a little hard to navigate and find things, and you must watch allot of things to find something you like but I believe its worth the trouble.
I have not been a fan of BJ at all.. but as I watch more of his stuff and read his book, I am becoming a big fan. I don’t per say like the way he does everything, but its still pretty good. JMO
If I get a moment I will find some specific things I like that he shows.
