Wah Lum and Seven Star mantis folks make up a large part of the kung fu community in the states.
Toss in Plum Flower, Taiji, and 8 step mantises and you’ve got a sizable number of people.
Wing Chun has it’s own forum and you don’t seem to have a problem with them?
