This was one of first video out in the market in the 80s; not certain possibly the first one on huhng ga kyuhn. A few years ago, I picked up the DVD version and was surprised after 20 years that it still holds up. 
Hung played better
The stances were to high for my taste. The speed and accuracy were excellent.

Nice link, lots of goodies in there. Abouttthmmm 80 of what I see in this one is found in our crane sets and forms. At point 1:24 starts a sequence I am BIG into now during sparring, a big spirt(courage) move.
