How to exercise

Since Ford liked my artwork so much, I’ve decided to do a series on how to exercise.

Exercise 1: Lat pulldowns for your lower back

Exercise 2: Squats

Exercise 3: Bench Press

Gret pics mate! (Now I realise where I’ve been going wrong - making the wrong sound effects!)

hm. i haven’t been using enough humpage. my workouts shall now have much humpage up in here.

lol man those are hilarious.
or I’m really tired.
either way
By hilarious I of course mean, informative.
I too lack humpage.
I have much to learn…

That looks like me working out, right down to the squiqly black outline.

Hey Ironfist, you forgot the vast importance of bouncing the barbell off your chest as you bench. You can add 50 lbs. with a good bounce!

lol! You forgot:

Standing Bicep Curls - The underappreciated lower back exercise.

ford – don’t forget anterior deltoids. swing that dumbell on a bicep curl enough and your shoulders will adore you.

I put my face through windows to work out my neck muscles.

Yeah, but no one even looked at this thread for a few days so I didn’t want to spend the time to make more if no one was here to appreciate them. But the exercise you mentioned was next on my list.

Stay tuned for more exercises!

Out of interest, isn’t the standing dumbell curl good if you make sure not to use your lower back for momentum?

Yes, if you use good form it’s a good biceps exercise, and can work the forearms, too, depending on the grip you use.

Exercise 4: Barbell curls for lower back.

keep them coming :stuck_out_tongue:

good thread. This can only deteriorate.

I’m going to print this out and start a personal training business.

funny thing is, you’ll still be closer to the truth than most bally’s staffers.
