hehe, this pic is actually the first week of january WEEK 1 of my training. I’m on week 7 now. Not a huge difference, but my abs look hella better and my chest got bigger (or maybe my abs got tighter and just make my chest look bigger)
my triceps got lot more cut, but my biceps seem to stay the same.
during week 1 was 40 pullups and 150 pushups and such a day.
as of next week (week 8) i’ll be up to 100 pullups, 40 weighted pullups, 350 pushups, 50 weighted pushups etc etc.
i’m only on week 2 though for running, so legs looking a little shady
yes, but dont forget that pic was taking only on the 2nd day of working out after 4 MONTHS of NO exercise at all… so you can imagine how i looked last summer. I looked pretty much like ironf but with a little bit smaller shoulders.
man, i’m just trying to get back to that level i was last summer…
