this is the oldest form in Hung Gar kuen..nothing special to see ..just more experimental as I used plenty of different angles when filming so its less boring to watch the form…:smiley:

Nice clip, although my empty hand art is CLF, gung gee fook fu kuen is one of my favourite forms practiced in my CLF lineage.
