Berkeley, Hayward, Oakland: Bay area Bruce Lee's schools,,,,,,,,,,,

Often reading on some magazine and books about Bruce Lee’s life in the Bay Area some people told that Bruce Lee had some schools in Berkeley, Hayward and Oakland.
Can you tell me more about these schools?
was there James Lee too together Bruce Lee?

I was on 26th by South Van Ness.

Beliso is in the converted garage. Above that is the house.

Lee was teaching out of that house?
