You know, I have little kids come up to me and tell me that they’re on the forum. You got some skills - it would have been fun to add you to the shot. Next time.

As for those seminars, that was a big disapointment. I had to leave before it was all done, but it didn’t look like it was going to happen. What struck me as interesting was that given all of the snafus, nobody really complained. Everyone seemed to see it as Shaolin family and accept it. That spirit I found really exceptional.

I did notice you looking a lil nonplussed nearer the end, but at least you now know beyond a doubt who and to what degree is being perpaetuated and have info for your nxt leg as avocate of our fabulous and worthy system…

cheers…oh and still loking good ( did I mention that??? :stuck_out_tongue: )

haha ok gene next time i will go up to u and tell u i am on the forum..=) lolz
i might have some skills…but i feel and know i have a lot to improve on…i wasnt satisfied with any of my performances i did at the competition..maybe only with the staff and that was about it. but then i know my staff can be a lot better too but that was the only one i felt really comfortable with when i performed it.

there wasnt any seminar..why..i don tknow..but i was kind of hoping to stay and watch how li peng and justin teaches since i never seen them teach before so yeah..but it didnt happen
i guess cuz there was too little people or everyone was worn out or something ..i have no idea.

i wish i can go to dallas…=( =(

i on the forum to:( but i not going dallas either. i was the only blk guy in orange.wannabe shaolin guy.

Gotta Rep California, haha…

What’s up Gene! It’s Damian, from California; I don’t know if you remember, but I was the one talking with ya right outside the building at Zhang LiPeng’s tournament (I even asked you to give a shout-out to Southern California on my videocam, haha). If I recall correctly, we were talking about how hard it is to shave someone’s head with a sword, lol.
**** man, howcome you didn’t tell me there was gonna be a forum members picture? I hadn’t been posting before, but I was a constant viewer of all the threads here man, ha. Oh yeah, Shaolinlueb, yeah I saw you there, I’m even in one of the pictures you have (you’ll see me in the benches waaaay in the back). I was the short Mexican guy with the blue Anchor Blue shirt and cargo-looking pants with a videocam in his hand. (I was probably the only Mexican there, hahaha, except for the competitor Josh, he’s half-mexican.)

Drunkmunky, I saw ya there too man, you were on Mark Wong’s team, right? Did pretty **** good man.

Yeah, I remember you. The long term forum members know about our new tradition of a pic at tournaments. Actually, it started at Taiji Legacy three years ago, then we did it again last year, and again this weekend. We spread it to this event, but now I’m thinking we’ll limit it to the big posters - the 500+ club or something. Next time.

Hmm, maybe. Do you mean a hyperactive little 7-year-old kid that was constantly moving around the benches during the competition and awards? Yeah, he was sitting next to me while I was recording but he’s not my kid; that was Mike Walter’s kid (Mike Walter was the one who broke those bricks and bottles during the Main Event/Masters’ Demo).

lol oooh okay.

yeah he was funny at first. but …

its all good.

Nah man, sorry…

What’s up Dave. You were with Belgium team? The ones with the black shirts, right?

Dave asked: “Does anyone have some pics from the Masters’ demo ?”

Haha, well no. Not me. No VIDEO either. That’s the only thing that got me a little angry man. I mean, I had to travel nearly 3,000 miles to get to New Jersey by myself man, and I took the videocam to record the competitions and Masters’ Demo, for memories and all that, but once the Masters’ Demo started, they were like, “NO VIDEOCAMS/CAMCORDERS”. I was like, “what?! I came 3,000 miles man.” That’s the only thing that sucked for me on my trip over there. Oh well, aside from that everything else was cool.
