I popped up to see Sifu patrick Nagel the other night to check out his Xing Yi class.
I trained with them for nearly 3 hours, and i am very impressed.
Sifu Nagel has what can only be described as high level skills.
He has been training since 1968. Starting of with Bagua then Xing Yi and Taiji (yang & Chen styles).
If you get the chance to, go see him he’s very approachable, and we had a nice chat after the lesson.
I will definately be going to train with him again, either to further my Xing Yi or maybe even to get some Bagua.
Let me know what the school in Swiss cottage is like.
