We had a student from WSL Belgium school train here in NYC on Wed eve. great to exchange similar ideas and sweat while doing so !

I saw Sifu Chow’s web site, looks like he can mix it up like a fighter. Hows the class exchage with the many different backgrounds. sounds like fun.

I shared a space with Chow sifu in NYC for years, nice guy. He does ground work too.
We are getting another visit from our European ar se kicker Gorkhan He will be here for a week in June and doing a seminar , dates to be announced. Check website for details.
