Anyone know anything about a gathering in Hong Kong in late October for pak mei practioners from around the world?
Every year there is a gathering, and a dinner to celebrate the Grandmasters Birthday. Or at least since about 2000 or so.

There was one last week. Is that the one you were referring to? First this website had the invitation showing the names of the people and branches which were invited. Now it has a picture of the event.

I think there is another gathering other than the one already mentioned. I’ve been told it is schools from around the world (USA, Canada< Australia, United Kingdom etc.) doing demo of forms etc.
Is anyone going or representing their pak mei school at all?

Chan Sau Chung (Monkey King) is hosting a banquet for the World Kung Fu Federation of Masters (forgot the correct name)… There will be many masters and styles there and of course a big demo or 2… Lots of old Shaw Bros. actors will be there, Gordon Liu & Chan Koon Tai hopefully others too…
I do not know where to find the info on it… But I will ask GM Chan Sau Chung who people should contact… if any of you are interested…

Third degree, Can you please share some more info on the gethering you are talking about? Is it Pak Mei only? And what organisation is hosting it? I would be surprized if there is another large Pak Mei gathering so quickly after the Cheung Lai Chuen memorial.
