I am looking for any of the books or sources to contact someone for information to locate these books. Tried LA Chinatown, no luck. I have my brother checking in Boston. Any help would be appreciated.

If your brother can’t find any WHF books in Boston Chinatown, tell him to come to NYC Chinatown. A few book stores here still have WHF books on sale.

I roamed around NYC Chinatown a few weeks ago, and only saw a couple (Sup Ba Sou, Chop Choy) Didn’t see any others. I have photocopies of a few(Thrust Hammer, Military Knife, Tiger Tail 3 Section Staff). If you don’t come up with any perhaps you can leave your e-mail address, and I’ll contact you if you want to pay the shipping.
to all intrested I contacted the book store, they said that they should recive a shipment of all 16 sometime next week.

Wong Hon Fun was a famous Seven Star Praying Mantis Sifu, know as the “Mantis King”.
Wong Hon Fun was also Brendan Lai’s sifu.

There are a few WHF books on sale on ebay. put praying mantis into the ebay search engine and scroll down till you see them I think there are six plus the miao dao for about $5.00 each and the auction ends in a couple of days.

Has anyone out there seen any copies available of the Shakespere Chan & Alex Co book" The Praying Mantis Style of Kung Fu"? I have one copy that I found a few years ago in a used book store, I would like to get another copy if possible.
