shoalin chin na, is my favorite book. it’s basically eagle claw kung fu
I enjoyed Wong Kiew Kit’s books and Dr Yang Jwing Ming’s books.
Dr. Yang’s got a whole lot of things to say, if you can get over the fact he’s an engineer, and writes like one. I’ve never met the man in person, so I can’t say if he’s as dry as his book and video material, but man! I’ve had less of a headache trying to translate Hawkin’s blackhole ideas into…well, you get the idea.
That aside, he’s probably the got the single largest and most indepth series of material availible. I’d say his chin na books are the best, as they use the least amount of “big words” and more pictures.
