what to do for injured elbow?

been hurting for couple of weeks. and of course, being the overtrainer taht i am, i keep working out… havent worked out in5 days though, but still hurts when used. if i bend my arm at 90 degrees, the part that hurts is right above the elbow joint, like at the bottom of the tricep muscle… any suggestions?

i’m thinking i just wont do any upper body exercises for like 10 days and just concentrate on legs. my upper body probably needs a break anyway. although i’ll do some knife throwing yahoo!

Sounds like you stressed a tendon. I wouldn’t throw any knives for a while.:frowning:

I used to f my elbow joints up bad from all the elbow locks I used to endure. They always hurt. It wasn’t until about a 3-week break that they felt any better.

well, its my left elbow that hurts, and i’m right handed, so its ok to still do knife throwing
