actually, i think the server went poochy last night some time and got restored to a point following that crash. take a look at the dates on the threads and you’ll see that there are none for the 16th(yesterday)
I think this because a post I had in another thread has disappeared as well but it was an innocuous posting of no import really, and yet it’s gone.
so either the database server went boom, or the code has gone south.

I said that it depends on the students background. If they have never trained much striking before I start them on the slow progressive method.
If they have trained some striking than they can start on a metal shot bag quicker.
All internal exercises are included in all levels of training.

There was a forum upgrade installed last night
Our IT installs forum upgrades regularly, usually just little plug-ins and mostly anti-virus stuff since forums are rather susceptible to them, or at least so I’m told. Usually it goes smoothly and the only difference you might notice is…well, you usually don’t notice anything. It’s all in the admin. Something went wrong with the last one and we lost a day’s worth of posts. Our apologies. Such is the nature of a web forum. It can all be gone in the blink of an eye.
