Simon,
Any luck finding a teacher?
The two Li brothers each in Tainan.
Li Zhangren and Li Zhangzhr.
They know Bagua.
There is also a Jeet Kune Do academy open 6 days a week. That might be a little similar to your WC.

Hi Tainan
I’m glad you posted, I’ve just got my teaching schedule through and I was going to contact you.
I now finish at 7pm all weeknights (apart from Wednesday). What time do you teach at the University again?. I did receive a very good lead about two Bagua teachers in Kaoshiung but as they speak mandarin only I am waiting for a colleague to call on my behalf. I gave her the numbers a week ago so with a bit more prompting I might get somewhere.
Do those Li brothers you mention take classes or is it only privates only?. I am contemplatiing going to Kaoshiung (or however you spell it) to train but somewhere in Taiwan would obviously suit me much better.
Other than that I’ve joined the gym above the Eslite bookstore and started to learn mandarin… in a word - difficult!
Thanks for your interest and I wish you the best of luck.
Simon.
I teach at the uni Mon to Thur 7PM.
One of the Li brothers usually shows up on Mon and teaches next to me, other wise it is his student teaching.
They also do privates as well as teach at other locations.
To find us, and other MA clubs…
Go out the train station back door straight down Da Hsue Rd.
Take the first left into the uni.
Just walk down the street and look.
