excellent for heart attacks…
to stay on topic… i read this…
But when scrawny John realized that he’d need to eat breakfast meals that consist of 12 whole eggs, four packets of plain instant oatmeal, and four slices of rye toast; lunches that consisted of three whole grain bagels, a pound of lean beef, and a huge salad; and dinners that consisted of a full pound of pasta, a few cups of broccoli, and a half pound of lean ground beef, he understood where he was going wrong. And not only did he adopt these breakfast, lunch, and dinner strategies, he began eating five whole grain bagels slathered with natural peanut butter and drinking a couple of liters of protein drink throughout the rest of the day.
Sound absurd? Well, not only does it sound absurd, it looked absurd. But, after two more years, scrawny John wasn’t so scrawny any longer.
As you can imagine, scrawny John was me. Utilizing these feeding techniques, I went from a 5’8" 150 pound guy (at 10% body fat) aspiring to bench press my own body weight, to a 210 pound guy (at 12% body fat) bench pressing 315 for multiple reps.
If you think you’ve “tried everything,” think again. You’ve gotta eat big to get big.
…in T-mag… i’m not trying to put on weight… but ****… i don’t think i can AFFORD to eat like that… let alone find the time to cook this much food week after week…
That toilet paper bill alone would put me in the poor house. ![]()
Yeah, you’ll take a lot of poos if you eat like that. You’ll also be a hot, sweaty mess from metabolizing all that food. And, your body will become accustomed to being fed a lot, often, to the extent that if you miss a meal for whatever reason you will have very intense hunger pains that may make normal functioning of daily activities very difficult.
fast-food giants have broadened their offerings of salad and other lower-calorie fare amid concerns that the industry could be held legally liable for America’s obesity epidemic.
that just sad.
just cuz some fatass can’t stop himself from eating fast food ALL the time.
but, I’ll have to try that thing at least once just to say I did.
I’ll get one.
I don’t know towlie
For a good while before I got hurt, I’d been concerned about my weight - at my test, I was an astounding 145lbs. Now, my core lifts were all strong, and I had decent form on the clean and press, but I looked like a stiff wind or a hardy fart would take me off my feet.
Well, I’m no longer injured, and at a stunningly gorgeous 198lbs - down from a high of 208. My core lifts, well, they ain’t what they were. But, my main concern is Joint Health. So, I’m focusing on proper diet so I don’t drop below 175lbs, and getting my hammies, VMOs, and rotator cuffs/posterior delts blingin’ like a crack rock in the July sun.
What was I talking about?
Oh yeah, the only thing I can eat is ice cream powdered with chocolate protein, Jell-O brand gelatin, and my own dry blood. I can’t open my mouth open enough to swear at the fukcing dentist.
Alas, I remember the Good Old Days: the days when, at 130lbs, I’d go to Wendy’s at 11:57pm and order two 3/4lbs and two 1/4lbs, that way I had two full pounds of Wendy’s artery-choking goodness.
I fukcing hate icecream.
Wait, did I miss something? What happened to your mouth?
Wisdom teeth extraction x 4
Icecream tastes like dead racoon ass.
I want one of those monster burgers. I guarantee I could eat a good 3 or 4 o’ dem biches.
Wow, thats rediculous…
If I still ate red meat I’d get me one of those though.

Indeed. How can someone who claims to have testicles refuse this obviously poisonous meat-like product?
that sucks, dude…everything tastes like blood, rotten blood at that.
When I had my wisdom teeth out my dentist gave me a shot of a steroid in each extraction site. no swelling, minimal pain. didn’t have all four out at once but had 2 and 2 done and went to work right after. He said not a lot of dentists did the steroid trick but he felt it worked, and it did.
I took a steroid the night before. The doc said it’d help. I hope it did.
Anyway, has anyone here eaten this 1, 400 calorie heart attack on a bun?
I’m thinkin’ that after this jaw works again, I’m going to wendy’s for breakfast, and taco bell for lunch.
I just tried TB for the first time after like a 6 year hiatus. some of the newer stuff isn’t half bad but stay away from the Grade D ground beef.

In the USA, beef is not graded with a letter scale. Snopes owns that rumor.
now see, that’s what I get for trusting a relative. cousin of mine worked at TB in high school and told me that herself.
gonna have to smack her now…
Tape it and post the vid.
ok.
mwuhahahahahahaha
