I think the idea is that go you right up near the point of ejaculation and then draw things out until the orgasm and the ejaculation become separate separate events. You are not supposed to ejaculate and then try to hold it in. Bad..Bad..Bad…

I agree with Turiyan. I think it has to happen without peristalsis. Peristalsis= successive waves of involuntary contraction passing along the walls of a hollow muscular structure (as the esophagus or intestine) and forcing the contents onward. So you orgasm, but you don’t ejaculate. I’ve had some experience with this technique. You have to push yourself right up to the edge. In my book by Mantak Chia he says if ejaculation = 10 then orgasm = 9.8…you have to watch your breath very closely. If anyone wants more details on how to do it let me know…
