I know of someone I think is probably a good teacher. He teaches out of Cupertino (South Bay) and Santa Rosa. Styles taught are Chen and Yang.

This young man first came to the US in 1997, and I saw him at that time, practicing in a park in San Francisco’s Chinatown. He seems solid in his foundation, with a benign nature. I have watched him perform many times at different cultural events, and I have never been disappointed.

there is a big group that plays at lake Elizibthe in fremont in the mournings. I don’t know the teacher, they play the yang style.
