I’m going to agree with Fa_Jing but in a different order.
Chiropractic, if you can find a good one, they could solve the problem (hopefully) in one or a few sessions. Sometimes muscles suffer due to improper back alignment and such.
Accupuncture: It is expensive here in Ohio, but it works.
Yoga, heard good things, but the pain might be too much.
Physical Therapy? Check out a doctor, get your insurance to pay for a chiroprator or physical therapy. Most insurances have some sort of therapy in them.
