Hi, Question: Does anyone know anything about the steel leg strecther and is it any good to buy? I saw it advertised in a kung fu mag. and the martialartmart.com.

Sounds like a real expensive injury to me.
I have a stretching machine and it is really good.
they are ok
The leg stretcher is good if you are doing a lot of stretches and are a good kicker.
But if you know what you are doing you shouldn’t really need that anyway.
I would be careful using it. I bought one years ago and only used it a handful of times..

Steel Leg Stretcher
You’re talking about this, right?
It’s a very useful tool for expanding your stretching regimen. It’s light, strong, easy to store when not in use, and you can do some helpful exercises with one that are good for developing your kicking range.
they work really well-if you work it.
The problem with them is you can’t hang clothes on them like you can on a versa climber.
One precaution: when you are using this, or any stretching apparatus, make sure that the phone is within reach.
-anyone who uses these probably knows what I am talking about.
