Standing Post Qigong

Here are some abstracts loosely translated from original articles by Wang Shiang Jiao, the founder of Yiquan, on the subject of Standing post qigong:

  • do not hold just one posture

  • recommended duration 1 to 1 1/2 hrs

  • one can practise 2-3 times a day but not more than 5 times
