Does anybody have experience with training that uses animal noises to stimulate specific meridian points?
In hung style there is this. Generally the sounds are employed whilst doing a set. Five animal shapes (ng ying kuen) is where it is most commonly heard, but it is also sometime in the double set (fu hok seurng ying kuen) and there are sounds used in Tid Sen kuen..

Cool. In your practice do you by any chance have a Deer sound and if so how is it vocalized? Is there an obvious exhale or something different?

As near as I understand, Deer is a component of Hsing I (xing yi).
And only in certain regional styles of it. I believe it is “horse” in others.
Other than for the self promotion of your book with a referral link, why should we be compelled to check out your publication? What can you offer the group in terms of what the 6 healing sounds are used for?
