i’ve always, thought of that pak sau as an inside (contact on the arm) pak, because it was so close to the wrist, again thats my own thoughts on it, due to being taught not to pak the wrist but the elbow… pak the wrist get hit with the elbow, was what i got taught. i like your use of it though :slight_smile:
