Just wanted to announce that the United States Shuai-chiao Association will be teaching Shuai-chiao at our school:
It’s a bit different from 7 Star Mantis throws (trips/knockdowns), but quite similar to 8 Step Manits (neck mops, leg blocks, picks, etc).
