The one with the Shi Yan Ming interview. He has his class do a performance. They do this very basic form. does anyone know the chinese name of it?
starts off,
1.)step out left to gonbu, block left, punch right
2.) chamber and kick right punch left.
3.) land forward to mabu, left blocks up right puinches to the side.
4.) left foot crosses behind, switch hands, and twist to face back right hand blocks down, punch left.
Its the first form/drill I learned in my school and we jsut call it Basic Stance Form. I see my siu until enxt week so can anyone help?
