Actualy Dog boxing is a real style, it’s a ground fighting system and a good one at that. I know it’s unrelated to this thread but I just had to mention it.
That exercise video was hilarious until I thought about some lonely old guy working out to it. Then I almost cried… But then I laughed even harder.
Oh sure blame me… I’m not the one who found it. I just figured if you were going to share it with me you should share it with the rest of the world.
