Has anyone else gotten scar tissue on muscle (on forearm)because of wing chun? Did it ever completely go away? Does it cause any problems?

i got this lump under my skin on the muscle of the forearm ( had it checked by a doc its scar tissue) i got it after having my arms beat up in class.
Is it getting bigger? Did your muscle rip? Is it tissue created by your muscle?
yea i think it is created by my muscle. You know of anyone with this problem?
